The Squeaky Wheel Theater Company was founded as a non-profit organization by Erich Offenburg and Kathy Keaggy in 2022.  Our Vision is to be a strong and supportive voice in a world of discrimination, exclusion, and social limits through creating a safe platform for equality and diversity.  Our Mission is to promote creativity, confidence, advocacy, and community through culture, education, and inclusivity. 

Our Mission and Vision serve as the “hub”, the center of the wheel, connecting and supporting the many facets of the Theater Company including:
